Submissions
Author Guidelines
Authors are requested to prepare manuscripts according to the journal's scope, formatting requirements, ethical standards, and publication policies. Submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial assessment followed, where applicable, by peer review.
Submission Checklist
- Designate a Corresponding Author and provide complete contact information.
- Confirm that the manuscript fits the journal's Aims and Scope .
- Prepare the manuscript using the journal's official manuscript template.
- Include the title, author information, affiliations, abstract, keywords, main text, references, tables, and figures as applicable.
- Ensure that all authors have reviewed and approved the submitted manuscript.
- Confirm that the work has not been simultaneously submitted to another journal.
- Provide relevant ethical approval information where required for studies involving human participants, animals, or other regulated research activities.
Manuscript Submission Process

The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all listed authors have approved the final manuscript and consented to its submission. The corresponding author should also provide accurate contact and affiliation information.
Manuscript Preparation
1. Title Page Information
- Title: Concise, specific, relevant, and informative.
- Author Names: Provide the full names of all authors.
- Affiliations: Provide the department, institution, city, postal/ZIP code, and country.
- Corresponding Author: Provide the corresponding author's email address and other requested contact information.
2. Abstract and Keywords
Provide a clear abstract describing the purpose, methodology, major findings, and conclusions of the research. The abstract should normally be between 150-250 words , unless the nature of the manuscript requires a different format.
Provide relevant keywords that accurately represent the subject of the manuscript.
3. Main Manuscript
The manuscript should be logically organized according to the nature of the research. Appropriate sections may include introduction, literature review, methodology, results, discussion, conclusion, acknowledgments, declarations, and references.
4. Citation and Reference Style
IJMRSI uses the IEEE citation and reference style for scholarly references. References should be numbered in the order in which they first appear in the manuscript.
5. Tables and Figures
- Tables should be numbered consecutively and provided with clear titles or captions.
- Figures, charts, photographs, and diagrams should be numbered and appropriately captioned.
- Authors must ensure that permission has been obtained for copyrighted material where such permission is required.
Ethical Responsibilities
- Originality: Authors must submit original work and appropriately acknowledge the sources of ideas, text, data, figures, and other material.
- Simultaneous Submission: A manuscript should not be submitted simultaneously to multiple journals.
- Plagiarism and Duplicate Publication: Manuscripts may undergo similarity screening and may be rejected where substantial unattributed copying, duplicate publication, or other publication-ethics concerns are identified.
- AI Disclosure: Authors must disclose the use of generative AI tools where required by the journal's policies. AI tools must not be listed as authors, and authors remain responsible for the accuracy, originality, citations, and integrity of the final manuscript.
- Ethical Approval: Authors should provide appropriate ethical approval or consent information when required by the research design or applicable institutional requirements.
- Data Availability: Where applicable, authors should provide information regarding the availability of supporting research data.
Peer-Review Process
Submitted manuscripts are first evaluated for scope, basic quality, originality, formatting, and compliance with the journal's policies. Manuscripts that pass the initial assessment may be sent for peer review. Editorial decisions are based on the manuscript, reviewer feedback where applicable, and the journal's editorial assessment.
The journal's Plagiarism Policy and other publication policies apply to all submitted manuscripts.
Manuscript Withdrawal
Authors who need to withdraw a manuscript before publication should contact the editorial office as soon as possible and provide the manuscript title, corresponding author details, and reason for the request. Withdrawal requests will be considered according to the manuscript's editorial status and the journal's applicable policies.
Publication Charges
Accepted manuscripts may be subject to the journal's applicable Article Processing Charge. Current publication charges are provided on the Publication Fee page.
Payment of any publication charge does not guarantee acceptance. Editorial and peer-review decisions are independent of payment.
Copyright and Permissions
Authors are responsible for ensuring that all third-party material used in their manuscripts is appropriately cited and that any required copyright permissions have been obtained. Authors should review the journal's applicable copyright terms before publication.
