Publication Fee
The International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Scientific Innovations (IJMRSI) operates as an open-access journal. Accepted articles may be subject to an Article Processing Charge (APC) to support editorial, production, online hosting, archiving, and administrative activities.
Editorial independence: Payment of an article processing charge does not influence the editorial decision, peer-review outcome, or acceptance of a manuscript. Publication charges apply only in accordance with the journal's stated fee schedule and applicable publication conditions.

Payment and Publication
- Manuscripts are evaluated through the journal's editorial and peer-review process before a publication decision is made.
- Authors should not interpret payment information as a guarantee of manuscript acceptance.
- Where an APC is applicable, payment instructions will be communicated to the corresponding author after the relevant editorial decision.
- Authors should retain the official payment communication and payment receipt for their records.
Additional Charges
IJMRSI does not intend to impose additional charges beyond the published fee schedule unless such charges are clearly communicated to the author before the applicable service is provided.
Fee Waivers and Discounts
Any waiver, reduction, or special publication charge will be considered according to the journal's applicable policy and communicated to the author in writing. Authors should contact the editorial office before making payment if they wish to request consideration for a waiver or reduction.
Refunds
Refund requests, where applicable, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the journal's administration. Authors should contact the editorial office with the manuscript details and payment information when requesting clarification regarding a payment.
Open Access
IJMRSI provides published articles through an open-access model, allowing readers to access published scholarly content online without a subscription charge.
